Guys, I’ve finally recorded an ‘in-tea-tion’ (an intentional moment with a tea)! The intro will explain all but do skip to 3mins in if you want to go straight into the meditation; just make sure that you have some form of hot (or cold) drink that feels nourishing to you.
This is a self-care moment that you can bring into your own tea/coffee/ *insert any hot beverage here* ritual, recorded in my local woods with some morning birdsong.
Hopefully you come back to this chakra-cleansing meditation time and time again, or it inspires you to create your own mindful moment with a brew.
