Loved this newsletter and the format, and thank you for the shout out, I’m so glad the podcast episode resonated! I’ll be continuing to speak along a similar vain on it and in upcoming offers as well :)

The space between the thoughts is a beautiful concept. It’s one that I find Breathwork allows to open up for me - where I exist beyond thought, reason, judgement, fear and anything else. And the more I practice Breathwork, the more easily I’ve found myself able to drop into that place even without doing a meditation or Breathwork in that moment. For instance, every morning I have my tea in the sun room and I’m able to sit in this place of calm. Sometimes it’s fleeting and other times it can go for awhile. It’s so peaceful.

I loved reading as always. I found the style of letter good for me today but I also like reading your letters as its my time. So I like both.

Your conflicting thoughts resonate with me also and I wonder if that is just how our brains work? I have found that if you can manage to be in the moment it really helps to focus more.

Try not to worry about what people think. If you can be happy on your own and really get to know yourself, your life will be far richer than those who have to rely on others to make them happy x

Thankyou Lynne Anne for your feedback, and continued support.

I really value that you take this as your time.

Yes maybe that is just how our brains work. You're right- the present is a powerful place to be especially when there is a lot of contrast.

Thankyou. It is about being happy with yourself isn’t it? Although it can be so hard to find yourself when you worry what others think. A constant work in progress for me!

Thanks again, take care x
