Poem 351: 3/5/26; Tea Intentions

Tonight, we watched an episode of Lives In The Wild with Mark Boyle aka the author of The Moneyless Man. A beautiful synchronicity as Tim has never watch this series and he chose this one at random, only for it to be Mark, whose book I read years ago. It made a big impact on me then, and now watching his reality has done the same again.

Tea Intentions

To have the time to collect spring water for tea

To have the space to grow and pick herbs for said tea

To feel calm enough to boil a pan over the kettle

To help my friends, family, community

Because I prioritise my life force for connection in every way

To choose a heart-based life
