Are there conditions to your self-love?
Belated weekly support list of sorts
Bomber completing his 2nd Wainwright after our beaut night camping in the Berlingo
Today is less weekly support list and more mini podcast thoughts on self-love, and whether our self-love is conditional. Do we love ourselves completely and unconditionally, or only when we achieve or say the right things?
Listen below:
My podcast share for this week is the 2nd part of Tara Brach’s episode on releasing habits that do not serve us. Another beautifully articulated teaching which encourages a deepening awareness of self and has really helped me feel empowered in my choices in life:
My morning movement trend atm is yoga (and a walk), and this 30 min morning flow from Helen Faliveno has the perfect amount of opening and fire. She also has a massive back catalogue of morning flows of varying lengths that really combine intuitive movement and mobility, which I totally recommend. Helen has been a guest on the podcast, and this episode is actually the most downloaded EVER, so do check it out here.
Also I’m on the second weekly support list and realising that perhaps I have taken too much on- both energetically but also because the content that I find supportive doesn’t really change every Sunday at midnight. So going forwards I will just share in the monthly letters and randomly at other times that feel right. I do apologise for my ungrounded-ness on this one, and thank you for your grace.

Have a mindful rest of your week,
Love, Becca xx
